NOTE: In the vid I said "Tiberius written all over it". I meant this figuratively not litteraly

I meant that it corresponds with the accounts of the battles Tiberius had a hand in. And yes, somethings (monuments, coins, inscriptions) do have Tiberius on them.

Ancient roman fort with monument to Tiberius. This is known as Batavodurum and is described in Tacitus as well. It was a settlement on the border of the area that Tiberius helped conquer.:

As an official military observer, Steidle had access to parts of the country that no journalist could penetrate. Ultimately frustrated by the inaction of the international community, Steidle resigned and returned to the US to expose the images and stories of lives systematically destroyed. We witness Steidle’s transformation from soldier to observer to witness and, finally, to passionate activist and moral hero.
